Sorry we dont sell mobile phones, we only distribute accessories.
2. Do you sell iPods and PSP's ?
Sorry we don't sell consoles, we are accessory specialists.
3. Do you prices include Vat ?
Trade Price are shown excluding Vat which is currently 17.5 %.
4. Do you do drop shipping ?
Sorry we do not offer drop ship services.
5. Do you do Sale or Return ?
Sorry we do not offer any SOR terms.
6. Do you price match other companies ?
We strive hard to provide the lowest prices for all products. If you do come across a lower price elsewhere on any UK based website - we will try our level best to match or better that price
provided the competition have the items in stock too.
7. How much is the delivery charge ?
UK Mainland Delivery is capped at £10 and Offshore Delivery is £25.
8. How long will delivery date ?
We aim to despatch goods order Monday to Friday for the next working day ( UK Mainland only ) subject to stock availability and cleared payment.
Offshore Postcode usually have delivery within 48-72 Hours.
97% of our despatched orders reach the next day however we cannot be held responsible for delays due to bad weather or courier misroutes.
We use Fedex/DHL/DPD and APC Overnight Express and reserve the right to choose the best company for your order.
9. What about faulty goods ?
All products come with 1 Year Warranty and any faulty goods are replaced by our returns department. Please ensure you get a RMA number from us prior to sending back any faulty items.

10. Is my payment information secure on your website ?
All web purchases take place in a safe environment using the latest security encryption technology to protect our customers. We encrypt your credit card information to ensure that your transactions with us are private and protected as they travel over the Internet. 11. Can I pick up stock from your showroom ?
Customers are welcome to visit our showroom. We do request that you take a prior appointment before you come down so we can have a specialist assist you with your purchases.
12. Can you help start me on ebay and Amazon marketplace ?
We have a dedicated team serving internet startup and established Powersellers on ebay and Amazon. Please feel free to speak to us for your requirements.
13. Can you email me a trade price list ?
Our website has the trade prices available 24/7, we do not issue separate trade price lists on accessories. We can email you trade price lists on memory cards as they change regularly.

14. Can you offer me a credit account ?
Credit Accounts are opened after 5 orders on proforma invoice basis, subject to approval by our credit insurance company. We require your company registration, vat number and latest accounts along with a credit application form to be signed and sent to us.
15. Are all items listed always in stock ?
We endeavour to keep the site updated and most items listed are available in stock however this is not guaranteed. To check the exact stock level please call 02086068999. We cannot be held responsible for goods out of stock on order processing. Stock is always allocated on a first cum first serve basis.
16. Do you special offers and clearances ?
Yes we have special offers every month and end of line clearance deals. Please register your email address for receive our newsletters.
